                    Getting Started

Getting to this point may be the hardest part. So pat yourself on the back for trying this app, and then take it one step at a time -

So what's the best way to start? It depends. You may want to dive right in -  or talk it over with your sponsor or counselor? Or test drive some of these tools to see what fits -

•  Program app is a good place to begin your day. Before your two feet hit the floor, open the app to set your day's goals, rewards, and expected milestones - and don't forget to renew your pledge. Read  AA Daily Reflection - and check the reminders on your Home screen to help keep commitments for appointments or medications.

Next, maybe over your first cup of coffee, go to 12 Steps tab and choose a step to take today. It helps to commit and then share your step-work with a responsibility partner or sponsor. Tap information buttons to get help exploring a specific step in depth.

Community app is where to keep contact with your whole posse. Import directly from your phone's Contacts app - or enter those new ones from last night's meeting. Feel within reach of your entire Support System - Providers, Community, and Resources. Set Alerts for appointments and meetings that also appear on your Home Screen and notification center - and easily share with a long press on a reminder.

• Gallery app has 3 great tools -

•••Images is your in-app File manager for photos and documents.

•••Coins creates a striking display of proprietary chips that commemorate your anniversaries - and lets you share with everyone who wants to celebrate with you.

•••Timeline automatically logs you every time you open this app so you can conveniently prove your adherence to accountability partners or those who need to know.

 • Spiritual Progress app has lots of tools to track and journal your daily progress. You may even add corrective measures that you feel are needed - or add a photo or file to jolt your memory.

•••Clinical Appointments record all visits with therapists, test results from labs, and other clinical encounters. Easily Set Reminders that show on your Home screen as well as your notification center.

•••Group Meetings help you to document your attendance record, and one tap links you to A.A. Meetings Online. Add Weekly Reminders for recurrent meetings too.

•••Moral Inventory is a space to visit on a daily basis. Add Daily Reminder so you do not forget this important stop.

•••Nightly Review at the end of the day makes it easier to share its gratitudes or resentments with someone other than yourself.. This is a good time to breathe deep and listen to inspirational recordings, prayers, and meditations in the Audio section.

As you integrate the tools into your program, you’ll see that lasting sobriety not only can be achieved but can be mastered and enjoyed. Remember, incremental changes, added one at a time, can add up to a lifetime of good choices and help you become the best you you can be.

But, the first step is up to you. Start now!
